Podiatrist Website East Kilbride

A Podiatrist website that brings in new patients

Romy from Feet First Podiatry approached me because she was tired of only having a presence on Facebook.

She needed a small website so that potential patients could see her prices, and book appointments easily.

"I need to cut down the back and forth messaging"

Still in the early years of running her podiatry clinic, Romy had been running everything through social media. The problem she ran into though, was having constant messages from Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp asking for advice, services, and prices. Overwhelm and the inability to "switch off" meant she was constantly answering the same questions well after business hours had ended.

She needed a space she could share with potential patients, so they would only get in touch once they were ready to make an appointment.

The gnarly bit

As much as it pained me, I knew it was important to add before and after photos to the site, so if anyone was feeling embarrassed about going to see a podiatrist, they would feel comforted seeing other patients issues, and how Feet First had helped them. Talk about dedication to my craft, writing those Alt Tags was and experience 🥴

The Wish List:

  • A site to share all of her treatments and prices
  • A gallery to show before and after treatment photos
  • SEO optimisation to rank well in local searches
  • Highlight her great reviews

Whatsapp screenshot reads "I don't know what you've done or how you've done it but I've been getting so many enquiries, I've like 10 in the last couple of days!"

The Results

Regular Enquiries

Within a month of going Live, Romy mentioned that she'd been getting enquiries through the website on a weekly basis.

Free Time Back

With a link to her website on her social accounts, enquiring patients are able to see treatment options and prices, and enquire via the website, meaning Romy's been able to leave work life at the clinic.
